See this is why I am not a (R) or a conservative.
As a side note I've finally figured out conservatism as it relates to politics.
"I have mine. NANNY NANNY POO POO TO YOU"
If somehow Baryy X hussien Osama Bin Hiding Ayers Commie Socialist gets elected we are already doing what we do.
Unlike William the Bloody Kristol, the Moral Majority, and the others on the (R) side we are already and have been since the primaries critiquing the (D) candidates and the eventual (D) nominee.
See we dont let people off the hook what ever side they are on.
Yep I voted for ya dude but that FISA vote SUCKED.
And we will continue to press our causes and let them know when they, in our and your opinion, are full of shit.
Now the right they just dont do that.
Yes Sean and Rush will give you a 30 second sound bite about immigration or something else and how they disagree with Chimpy McFlightsuit.
But then its back to all bashing all the time to anyone who disagrees with them.
To listen to these people on the radio Democrats have controlled the country since July 5th 1776.
So I will side with people whose beliefs more or less line up with mine and that I can disagree with but still be friends with.
Those people who I can learn from instead of those who just want to yell at me.
And I will always welcome spirited debate about any issue from anyone.
But if you cant apply those same "yelling" points" to those in your own party dont expect me to listen for too long.
/whew stops trying to make sense now/

I am bothered by the FISA vote, too. Obama is the best option we have now.
I think you make a lot of sense.
(Notice I didn't call you, um......)
And you totally did make sense!
A lot of it.
I vote for the man or woman with the (D) behind his/her name. If voting the straight party ticket was good enough for my Gammie, it's good enough for me.
Try sobering up and then reposting your thoughts. As they are now they are gibberish.
Anyway, it's official, Hillary Clinton is fully behind Obama. Will the Clintonista personality cult follow her? Or is she now the enemy as well?
I'm with you on the,"Sometimes we disagree, but we can still have a conversation" thing. When did democracy become so cut and dry; so black and white? What happened to the grey area? We used to be able to dicuss things and not be labled as,"What is wrong with the world today?" I was encouraged as we were driving down The Old Seward Highway this evening. People from all sides of the political realm, and both sides of several controversial measures lined the roadsides with placards and picket signs displaying their opinions. I was proud to be able to say that I was a part of a nation where it was legal and permitted to express one's beliefs. While they didn't always agree, these Americans stood side by side, and across the street from one another honoring and respecting the right of each person's opinion. It was liberating, and for the first time, in a long time I felt hope for the future of our nation. And it felt awesome!
I agree with DCup.
You make a lot of sense.... Kitten Toes. :)
I agree with OuyangDan, too.
But NOT matthew. aren't you just thrilled to have him back?
Who wouldn't be thrilled? It takes a manly, manly man to seek people out in their own spaces and act like a jackass without worrying that someone might call you one.
Jackass.
I also think they are simply just mean
